Walk Summary
At big anticlockwise loop of the Long Mynd:
From Bridges we walk over Adstone Hill (small ascent) to the hamlet of Adstone, then along an old farm track to the hamlet of Medlicot and ascend up onto the Long Mynd at Pole Cottage (main ascent of the day). We will walk north along the Long Mynd to our highest point at Pole Bank past Shooting box and Duckley Nap. We then join the old Port Way and descend via the Betchcott Hills and Golden Valley. We return to Bridges along the Darnford Valley.

Additional Info
You will need to bring warm and waterproof clothing, pack lunch and enough water for the days walk. It will be muddy in some places, so you will need walking boots and may want to wear gaiters in you have them.
