We will start at the old mining settlement at snail beach, from there we will follow the woodland paths to the tranquil Habberley village, before exploring the remarkable 'Hollies', England's largest stand of ancient holly trees. high on a hillside. This walk take in some beautiful views from the stiper stones as well as two Shropshire Wildlife Trust reserves. Dog friendly pub just under half way round.
Very uneven in parts, and can be boggy underfoot. Mainly paths and fields with the occasional upland.
Walking boots are ESSENTIAL! This walk is unvene in places so good ankle support required, no trainers or wellies.
